I've been updating my links and have realized that many of the people I link to have now gone through the surgery, are moving on with their lives and have stopped blogging.
I would like to keep my blogroll as up-to-date as possible, so if you're reading this and you have a blog about your jaw surgery journey (pre- or post-op) that is not already on my list, please leave your URL in the comments so I can link to you.
Thanks!

Hi Bella,
Just wanted to give you a link to orthognathic surgery page, i'm only a few months into the journey so will be around for a while. Blogs like yours really helped me make the decision to go ahead with all of this, and continue to be great support! Hoping mine can do likewise for others :)

hi bella i take antidepressants and have been on them for almost four years now. i'm writing a book about it at the moment. which has turned out to be alot of work oh my. but i think its so cool that you have started this blog and also what you do. good on you. keep sharing cos you're teaching us! *huggy hug*
hi Bella, I just found your blog. I am 8 wks post op today. I had bi max(both upper and lower jaw done). I am just after turning 33. Obviously numbness in chin and lower lip were my concerns but i guess i didnt really realise till after after the operation how common this was. So for me i got the best surgeon in the country. So 8 wks on i still feel tightness in chin area and when i take my index figure and touch every part of my lower lip and chin i can feel my finger. Obviously, they are no where near 100% but i guess that is good even after 8 wks. Tiny bit of swelling but will give that another few weeks. If you get this maybe i could email you if you dont mind. i just want to ask you a few questions.

Looks like I'm late for the party. I'm pre-surgery (BSSO) and currently re-reading all the blogs for helpful hints. I had to smile at the list of supplements you mentioned in the post about post-surgery depression - that's pretty much the list of things I'm taking right now. Feel all validated! Or like a bit of a hypochondriac, but if I am, I'm not alone, at least. :)
Hi Bella. I love your blog! I am new to the world of ortho, but recently found out that I will be having jaw surgery in a year or so (give or take ;) ). Reading your blog and others has helped put my mind at ease and answered a lot of questions, so I have decided to start my own blog and hopefully can help others too!

Hi, I am from Winnipeg and I will be having orthognathic surgery in the new year. I have been unsuccessful at trying to post a message for Carrie at Winnipeg Jaw Transformation. Could you please help.
Smileybite,
Drop me an email at smilingbella at gmail dot com and I'll forward your message on to her. I'm not comfortable just giving out her address, as I have it because of our personal correspondence. But I'm sure she'll get back to you if I pass your message on.
Good luck with your surgery!
